Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread
  • Soft butter
  • Prepared mustard
  • 4 slices Ham, Boiled
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced thin
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • Onion salt (Dash)
  • 1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed

Directions

  1. Spread each slice bread on one side with butter, then mustard. Top 4 slices bread with ham, cheese and tomato slices. Top which with remaining bread. Put together large eggs, lowfat milk, and onion salt. Sip sandwiches in egg mix then in crushed potato chips, patting. Turn to coat both sides. Brown on both sides in buttered frying pan till crisp, 8 to 10 min. Serves 4.
