Ingredients
- 1 pound frzn corn
- 8 ounce. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Place corn and whipping cream in saucepan and bring to boil. Drain cream from corn. Meanwhile, heat butter and flour together to make paste. Add in to cream sauce. Simmer 5 min, stirring constantly. Add in seasonings and corn and bring to boil at low heat. Place in oven- proof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler till toasty brown. Wonderful side dish.
