Directions

  1. Place corn and whipping cream in saucepan and bring to boil. Drain cream from corn. Meanwhile, heat butter and flour together to make paste. Add in to cream sauce. Simmer 5 min, stirring constantly. Add in seasonings and corn and bring to boil at low heat. Place in oven- proof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler till toasty brown. Wonderful side dish.
