Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp wild rice
  • 1 tbsp dry white wine
  • 3 cups water or low sodium broth
  • 1 cup great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • a sprig of a fresh herb (i used sage, you can use pretty much anything you like)
