Ingredients: 2 lb chicken wings (to 3 lb); 1 1/2 tsp salt; 7 Tbsp. cornstarch; 20 ml garlic chopped; 4 Tbsp. flour; 2 x Large eggs; 5 Tbsp. soy sauce; 4 Tbsp. sugar; 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds; 2 x green onions minced oil for frying

Ingredients

7 Tbsp. cornstarch
20 ml garlic chopped
4 Tbsp. flour
2 x Large eggs
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add in chicken to mix and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat. Deep fry till golden.
