Ingredients
- 2 pound beef (stew)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 green pepper
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- laurel pwdr
- oregano pwdr
- cumin
- flour
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- sesame seeds to taste
Directions
- Cut beef, cook in salt and water. Blend all ingredients except flour and add in when halfway done, ingredients to taste. Add in flour to thicken gravy.
