  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon bottled red pepper seasoning
  • 1 lg. tomato, peeled, minced and liquid removed

Directions

  1. Mash avocado (makes 1 c.). Blend ingredients. Cover tightly, chill. Serve with corn chips, carrots or possibly celery.
