Ingredients
- 1 pkt Spaghetti(8oz)
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 x Onion,medium,diced
- 12 ounce Kernel corn w/sweet peppers
- 1 can Tomato sauce(8oz)
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon,grnd
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese,grated
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Directions
- 1. In saucepot, prepare spaghetti as label directs; drain. Return spaghetti to saucepot.
- 2. Meanwhile, in 12" skillet over medium-high heat, cook grnd beef and onion, stirring occasionally, till all pan juices evaporate and meat is browned. Add in corn, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, sugar, and grnd cinnamon; heat through.
- 3. Toss spaghetti with parmesan cheese and butter or possibly margarine. Arrange spaghetti on hot platter. Spoon meat mix over spaghetti.
