This would be a good casserole to hide veggies in!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Croutons (save for top)

Directions

  1. In a large skillet brown the meat with the onions. Cook until no pink is left.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the cooked rice and soups.
  3. Stir in the meat and onions.
  4. Pour into a casserole dish and smooth into an even layer.
  5. Top with croutons. Bake 30 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
