Ingredients

steaks.
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp. unbleached white flour
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 Lemon sliced for garnish
Any fresh herb for garnish (I used
marjoram)
Combine all the marinade ingredients
in the bowl of a food processor with the metal blade in place. Puree for 30 seconds or until the mixture is
