Directions

  1. Trim the steaks of any excess fat and cut into 2 to make 4 portions.
  2. For the marinade, combine the balsamic vinegar, oil, beef stock, white wine, oregano, rosemary, thyme and pepper. Save half of the marinade for sauce.
  3. Place the 4 steaks in marinade for at least 4 hrs turning once. Remove the meat and grill on a pre-heated grill or possibly broiler. Grill or possibly broil to desired doneness.
  4. In a saucepan, combine reserved marinade, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer, about 5 min, or possibly till sauce is reduced by half. Serve sauce on top of steaks.
