Ingredients
- 3 x seafood steaks about 1" thick, such as yellowfin tuna, halibut, swordfish, salmon or possibly seabass
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Brush steaks on both sides with oil. Season to taste. Place in the center of the cooking grate. Cover grill. Cook, turning once halfway through cooking time, till fish is opaque but still moist in center (about 10 min). Season to taste.
- This recipe yields 3 servings.
