Grilled Salmon With Lime Mayo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 x Lime, Juice of
  • 1 tsp Zest
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and freshly grnd pepper
  • 4 x Salmon steaks
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 2 tsp Dill Salt and black pepper Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Lime mayo: Combine mayo, lime juice, zest, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well. Refrigeratetill ready to use. Salmon: Preheat grill. Brush salmon with butter on each side. Sprinkle with dill on each side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. On an oiled rack about 4 from heat, grill salmon till top side is lightly browned. Turn over. Baste with butter and cook till fish flakes easily at the touch of a fork. Total time will be about 10 min to cook both sides! To serve: Place fish on plates, top with some mayo, fresh dill and parsley.
  3. Approximately 8-12 min.
