  1. Preheat barbeque to 300 F.Slice potatoes in half. Place in a sealable plastic bag and add in above ingredients. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 15 - 20 min or possibly till golden and crispy.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
