Grilled Mustard Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt, pepper Fresh or possibly dry thyme
  • 3 lb Chicken, in serving pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Directions

  1. Combine wine and oil in large bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme. Place chicken in mix at least 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Broil chicken on both sides in oven or possibly on barbecue grill 35 to 40 min. Meanwhile, combine 2 Tbsp. reserved marinade, dry mustard and honey. When chicken is just done, brush with mustard sauce and serve.
  2. Makes 4 to 6 servings
