- TEMPERATURE: 350 F. GRIDDLE
- 1. COMBINE Grnd BEEF, SALT AND PEPPER; MIX Till BLENDED. SHAPE INTO STEAKS APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH THICK BY 4 INCHES WEIGHING 6 Ounce EACH.
- 2. PARTIALLY COOK 6 LB (100 SLICES) BACON (1 1/2 Min PER SIDE).
- WRAP ONE SLICE BACON AROUND EACH STEAK AND SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK.
- GRILL STEAKS 10 Min ON EACH SIDE Or possibly Till DONE.
