Directions

  1. Rinse the ham steak in cool water. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Grill the ham steak on one side at a medium heat and turn it after 4 to 5 min (it will turn light brown). Baste with half the sauce.
  3. Move the ham to a cooler edge of the grill and cook for 10 to 12 min, basting occasionally. Serve the remaining sauce on the side.
