- Rub all ears of corn with oil generously. Sprinkle each one with salt and pepper.
- When grill is hot and and coals are ready, place corn on the grill and cook each side about 12 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
- (Noteâwhen starting out the corn is hard. You will be able to tell when it is done by the tenderness of the kernels.)
- OptionalâTry sprinkling each cob after coming off the grill with some grated Parmesan cheese!
