Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hrs or possibly up to 48 hrs. Grill or possibly broil the chicken for about 6 min per side till no trace of pink remains.
  2. The recommended wines are: Chablis, Merlot, or possibly Pinot Noir.
  3. NOTES :Prep: 10 minutes, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 10 minutes.
