Ingredients

  • 1 x Recipe for green pasta dough
  • 2 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. Minced walnuts
  • 8 lrg Basil leaves
  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated Salt, pepper, to taste
  • 1 pch Walnut

Directions

  1. 1. Mix all ingredients
  2. 2. Roll out dough very thin n.6 in the machine
  3. 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white
  4. 4. Press to adhere.
  5. 5. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water
  6. Serve with tomato sauce
