Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 round steak, cut in 1/2 x 1 inch strips
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 lg. green peppers, seeded & cut in strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tbsp. steak sauce
  • 3 c. cooked rice

Directions

  1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in oil, lightly saute/fry onion and green peppers. Add in to meat and tomatoes, cook slowly on top of range for 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Serve on a bed of rice.
