Ingredients

  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
  • 2 ounce chorizo sausage crumbled
  • 1 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 x flour tortilla - (12" dia)

Directions

  1. Place beaten Large eggs onto griddle or possibly into omelet pan and cook into flat omelet. Place flat omelet onto a warmed flour tortilla and spread proportionately with Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce.
  2. Top omelet with cooked chorizo sausage and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold left and right sides of the tortilla toward the center. Roll tortilla away from you, forming a tight cylinder.
  3. This recipe yields 1 burrito.
