  • 1 (20 ounce.) frzn Le Seuer Petit Peas (or possibly 3 Packages frzn peas if no 20.-ounce. pkgs.)
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. green onions, minced (optional) or possibly 1/4 c. diced onion
  • Dry dill weed to taste
  • 8 slices thin Oscar Mayer bacon fried crisp
  • 1/4 c. low cal lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Line loaf pan with lettuce while preparing dressing. Rinse peas in warm tap water till defrosted; drain and chill. Cook bacon and chop. Mix all together with onion and serve on lettuce bed.
