  • 2 Packages (10 ounce.) frzn peas, cooked
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 c. celery, minced
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, liquid removed & sliced
  • 1 can mushrooms & pcs
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • Cheese crackers or possibly bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook onions, green pepper and celery slowly in butter. Add in peas and rest of ingredients. Pour in greased casserole. Top with crushed cheese crackers or possibly bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
