Written by: 7aumsuvai Green chutney, is a “No cook” chutney prepared with coriander leaves and mint leaves, which is a good accompaniment for roti’s and parathas. Also, It is usually added in chaat recipes like chana chaat,samosa chaat, bhel puri and pani puri etc. One of the important ingredient in any chaat recipes. It is better to make at home rather than buying from stores. Ingredients: Serves 4 to 5 or more 1 bunch- Coriander leaves/Malli 1 bunch – Mint leaves/Pudina 10 to 12 no’s – Cashewnuts 1/2 to 1 inch – Ginger 2 to 3 no’s- Green chillies(or add as needed) Lime juice from 1/2 lime Salt to taste Preparation method: Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly. Transfer it to a blender, add ginger,green chilies,cashew nuts,lime juice, salt to taste. Blend into fine paste without adding any water. Store it in a clean jar and serve. Notes: You may keep it for 3 to 4 days or even for a week. You may use this green chutney to make any chaat recipes.
