Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp. EDEN Warm Pepperer Sesame Oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic chopped or possibly pressed
  • 1/2 x Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. Green beans (clean and trim ends)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. EDEN White (Shiro) Miso, dissolved in
  • 1/2 c. Water or possibly stock
  • 1 tsp EDEN OrganiC Barley Malt Or possibly- maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp EDEN Mirin
  • 2 tsp EDEN Kudzu or possibly arrowroot

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat Warm Pepper Oil and saute/fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add in onion and saute/fry till translucent/soft. Add in green beans and saute/fry for 3-5 min. Mix dissolved Miso, Barley Malt, Mirin and Kudzu or possibly arrowroot together. Add in to warm vegetable mix and simmer, stirring constantly for about one minute or possibly till thick. Serve as a side dish or possibly as a topping for noodles.
