Ingredients

  • 4 med potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. green beans, cut in 1/2 inch pcs Basic Curry Mix for Four
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil or possibly ghee
  • 3 Tbsp. yogurt, (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large pot with steamer, steam potatoes for about five min. Add in beans and steam for about 10 min more, till potatoes and beans are very tender 2. Brown spices in vegetable oil or possibly ghee, following instructions In Basic Curry Mix. Add in to steamed vegetables just before serving, along with yogurt, if you like. Toss well.
