Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimiento
  • 4 c. cooked green beans
  • 1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Directions

  1. Heat butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add in lowfat milk and cook till thickened. Add in Worcestershire sauce, soup, cheese and pimiento, stirring well. Put green beans in casserole dish and cover with soup mix. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 min.
