Directions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.
  2. Trim ends from beans, and remove strings. Steam beans, covered, 5 min or possibly till crisp-tender. Rinse under cool water; drain.
  3. Combine the beans, tomato wedges, and onion in a bowl; add in the vinegar mix, and toss gently.
  4. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
  5. NOTES : Serve at room temperature.
