Directions

  1. Place pork loin in large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients except Spicy Yogurt Sauce; pour over pork in bag. Seal bag and chill overnight.
  2. Remove pork from marinade, throw away marinade. Place pork over drip pan on grill. Grill over indirect heat in covered grill till meat thermometer inserted reads 155 degrees, about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Let rest 10 min (internal temperature will rise slightly upon standing) before slicing thinly to serve with Spicy Yogurt Sauce.
  3. To make Spicy Yogurt Sauce thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigeratetill ready to use.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
