Greek Spinach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. spinach, thawed and liquid removed, or possibly 1 pkg. fresh, steamed and liquid removed
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) Feta cheese
  • 3 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; blend well. Turn into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min, or possibly till a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
