Directions

  1. Arrange lettuce and spinach in large salad bowl (I use wooden). Add in cucumbers slices, olives, tomatoes, and radishes. Toss with lemon dressing (see back of card). Arrange crumbled feta cheese on top. Add in peppers on top of this.
  2. Serve with warmed pita bread, quartered.
