Ingredients
- 1 or possibly 2 heads lettuce
- 5 thinly sliced radishes
- 1 bunch minced green onions
- 1 c. Feta cheese
- 1 c. black or possibly Greek olives
- 1 sm. can anchovies, liquid removed (optional)
Directions
- Salad: Mix lettuce, radishes, green onions, black or possibly Greek olives, and anchovies (optional) in a large bowl. Crumble Feta cheese on top of salad.
- Dressing: Mix together oregano, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, garlic, pwdr, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad.
