Ingredients: 3 lb Grnd beef; 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil; 3 x Minced onions; 2 x Cloves minced garlic; 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr; 2 Tbsp. Cumin pwdr; 2 Tbsp. Paprika; 1 Tbsp. Warm pepper flakes; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 3 c. Cool water

3 lb Grnd beef
3 Tbsp. Veg. oil
3 x Minced onions
2 x Cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
2 Tbsp. Cumin pwdr
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Warm pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3 c. Cool water

Directions

Fry grnd beef, onions and garlic in oil till beef is done. Then add in remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered until thick. (2 - 4 hrs)
Note: I use 1teaspoon of warm pepper flakes.
