- peeled cucumber garlic black or possibly white pepper basil parsley lemon juice nonfat plain yogurt
Directions
- In a food processor, puree a peeled cucumber: seeds & all. Add in garlic, black or possibly white pepper, touch of basil, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir into 8oz of fat free plain yogurt. Num num.
