Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, about 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed or grated
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch strips (about 2 pounds)
  • Tzatziki Sauce
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut into a small dice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed or grated
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (not non-fat)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Wrap
  • 6-8 store-bought pita (or homemade)
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half or thirds
  • 1/2 a small red onion, thinly sliced
