Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 4 apples
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Directions

  1. Combine butter, lowfat milk, flour, egg, salt and baking pwdr. Dough should be thick sufficient to spread 1/2 inch thick in shallow pan. Cut up apples in eights, and lay on top of dough-edges down. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min.
