Great Grandma Becker's German Potato Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

6 med. potatoes 1 lg. onion 1 egg

1/2 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Grind potatoes and onion together (I use my food processor, shredding side of disk, no blade). Pour off some of the liquid which accumulates. Beat egg and add in to mix. Add in flour and seasoning. Fry in patties n bacon drippings, browning each side well.
