Directions

  1. This recipe will fill a 10-15 lb. turkey. Use butter in large frying pan - add in onions, celery seasoning, pepper, salt (to taste). Cook together till potatoes are soft. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Break up bread in small pcs. Add in. Keep stirring with flipper all the time. Prevents sticking.
  2. This must be fully cooked as it does not cook in turkey. Can be made day ahead. In fact it tastes better if left to stand a day or possibly two in refrigerator. There are no hard measurements. This recipe is on its third generation. I have adapted it to my family.
