Gravy For Turkey Or Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 stk butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour turkey stock, or possibly chicken stock
  • 6 x Large eggs, boiled and minced Giblets, cut up salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place butter in iron skillet, heat slowly. Add in flour till dissolved.
  2. Kim the top of stock and att to butter and flour. Stirring constantly over low heat till smooth. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  3. This should be like the texture of cream of chicken soup. now add in the minced Large eggs and giblets.
