Directions

  1. Clean rabbit (skin, gut and wash) then cut into joints. Cover with water and keep cool overnight. Drain and cut into smaller pcs. Put rabbit pcs in a stewpan with 1 3/4 c. of water and minced onion.
  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer for 1 1/2 hrs. Add in the sliced carrots, simmer further 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
  3. Blend flour with a little extra cool water, add in to stew with spice viengar, stir till thickened. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spiced vinegar
  5. Blend all ingredients together, and store in a cold place.
