Ingredients
- 4-6 med. chicken breast
- 1 c. Colonel Sanders seasoned flour
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. chicken broth bouillon (1 1/2 tsp.)
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a small shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Heat butter and sprinkle 1 tsp. chicken bouillon in covered pan. Sprinkle chicken with soy sauce, salt and pepper then toss to coat chicken. Mix flour and bouillon together then lightly toss chicken in flour mix to coat. Baste chicken (both sides) in melted butter and place in pan. Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden.
