Directions

  1. Cut up potatoes into bite-sized pcs. Fry bacon and crumble into pcs on top of potatoes. Remove the yellow from the hard-boiled Large eggs and make a paste. Mix water, vinegar, sugar and bacon fat into yellow paste mix, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring mix to a boil, stirring the whole time. Cut up the white of Large eggs and mix into potatoes along with celery, onion, green pepper and parsley. Pour liquid over potatoes and mix.
