Directions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and melted butter. Separate 3 Large eggs. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat egg yolks and add in 5 Tbsp. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. Stir into sugar mix. Add in lowfat milk and mix well. Mix in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
