  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tbsp. melted butter

Directions

  1. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking pwdr into mixing bowl. Beat Large eggs well and add in lowfat milk. Add in flour mix slowly beating till perfectly smooth. Then add in melted butter. This recipe makes approximately 10 waffles.
