Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp. flour (self rising)
  • 1/2 of a small can of lowfat milk
  • 2 lbs. sweet potatoes boiled with peel on (about 4 large)
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and mash up, add in sugar, beat egg separately and add in to mix, pour in half a can of lowfat milk, add in the flour and cinnamon. Then add in butter, mix together well. Set oven to 350 degrees and pour into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
