Ingredients
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 4 ounce pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. miniature chocolate chips
Directions
- Or possibly 1 c. minced M & M's.Add in lowfat sour cream, lemon pudding mix, oil, water, and large eggs to cake mix. Put together well and add in 1 cup miniature chocolate chips (or possibly M & M's). Bake in angel food pan (that has been greased but not lightly floured) for 1 hour 15 min at 325 degrees. Cool on wire rack in pan for 30 min. Remove cake and complete cooling.
- Frosting not necessary but may be glazed with thin powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze.
