Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. or possibly more pecans (minced, only 1/4 c.)

Directions

  1. Mix and put in unbaked pie crust. Start at 425 degrees for 10 min to set crust and bake at 400 degrees till done (approximately 1/2 hour).
