Grand Marinier Orange Icing

Ingredients

3 ounce cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp cream

2 tsp fresh grated orange peel good splash of Orange liqueur (Grand Marinier is very nice!)
1 c. Confectioners' sugar (icing sugar)

Directions

Mix together with beater till well blended. Usually I end up adding much more powdered sugar and I have sufficient icing for a 9 x 13 chocolate cake.
