Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- Healthy pinch of nutmeg
Directions
- (To sour lowfat milk, put 1 tbsp vinegar or possibly lemon juice in a cup measure and fill to 1 cup with sweet lowfat milk.)1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar together. Add in lowfat milk and baking soda.
- 3. Add in flour, spices and raisins. Mix well. Pour into pan and bake for approximately 45 min.
