Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Shortening
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs -- separate yolks
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 c. Pecan -- minced
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/2 pt Heavy Cream -- whipped
- 2 Tbsp. Confectioner's Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat egg yolks. Add in beaten yolks, lowfat milk, salt and beat well.
